Managing your mindset is the key to living a happy peaceful life. If things effect your thoughts and emotions all the time you’ll be tossed through life like a small boat in the ocean.

I do two blogs per week; one is done on Monday’s at noon mountain time in America and the other is done on Friday’s a the same time.
