Everybody has a breaking point. Everyone. Our capacity or ability to sustain anything has a limit. Whether its being tortured by someone else or the torture we inflict on ourselves, at a certain time things fall apart.

What do you do when you’re about to come undone? How do you deal with it? What do you think is the bad thing that’s going to happen and how does that effect your choices? Do you look and try to find the gift in it? Can you sift through the mental chatter to find the relevant data needed for the update in your operating system?

What do you do when you’re on the edge of tears and you want to scream as you face the demons, voices, and fears that you harbor?

Breakdowns come in all shapes and sizes from the minor little bad choice like taking too long to get to an appointment because you’re trying to squeeze in one more thing to a mini meltdown to an all out nuclear breakdown. They all have lessons that come with them.

The next question is how are you in that space? Are able to be cool with yourself? Are you able to maintain or do you try to escape it and find peace as quickly as you possibly can? The amount of time you can be in inquiry and examine yourself while feeling that tension could be the key to changing your life.

Lots of questions. Your turn with the answers.
