One of my interests has been neuroscience. I’ve alway found it fascinating. Here’s a little tidbit I recently found:

Neuroscientist have discovered that we have between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day. They later found that approximately 70% to 80% of those thoughts are negative. The human mind, it would seem, is wired for neuroticism. A healthy first step to alleviate this problem, therefore, would be to increase one’s awareness of these negative and bogus thoughts.
