One of the things I work with individuals on is finding and achieving fulfillment.
Misnomer number one is fulfillment is not about the science of gaining things or have much to do with achievement. Fulfillment is the art and dance of giving something away and contributing something to the world.  Contribution is one of our most basic human needs. Finding and providing our special gift to the world is the key.

“Let me be to someone else what no one was for me.” -Wentworth Miller

One common avenue for finding out what the world needs is to go back and remember what you needed most when you were younger. You very likely know how hollow and empty you felt when you didn’t get it and you also know how wonderful it felt to receive that which you needed the most. Like, unconditional love and acceptance or the desire to feel like we belong.

Giving your gift to the world isn’t accomplished by thinking about it but by doing it. Action is what’s measurable.

What will you systematically weave into your daily life that will contribute your gift to the world and bring you fulfillment?
